Parli app support

For help with sign-in, audio playback, learning progress, or account access, email support@parlimusic.com.

Include the device model, operating system version, and a short description of the problem. Passwords, sign-in codes, and voice recordings should stay private.

Account deletion

In the app, open Traveler > Account > Delete account to start permanent deletion immediately. The account deletion page explains the process and how to request deletion if you cannot access your account.
